Wall of the Cliff of Llucalari

LOCATION:

Situation

To half height skirting the cliff for the side of the beach of Son Bou.

We arrive there for the highway that leads to this beach from Alaior, taking later the path that, leaving the paleochristian basilica that is to the left of the hotels, continues for the coast.



MUNICIPAL DISTRICT:

Alaior.


DESCRIPTION:

Wall of a certain extension constructed with enormous blocks placed horizontally.


CHRONOLOGY:

Unknown. Maybe it was built around the 4th century B.C. or a little before.


NEIGHBOURING MONUMENTS:

The necropolis of hypogeums of Son Bou, in the same cliff, and the basílica next to the sea.
